# Analytics

Team analytics is available to customers on our Business or Enterprise plan.

You can find the dashboard in Settings -> Team -> [Analytics](https://app.trykondo.com/analytics).

The dashboard shows

* **Past month** — Messages Sent and New Chats Started per week for your whole team
* **Weekly totals** — messages sent, new chats and replies (with reply rate) per team member, with a This week / Last week toggle and CSV export
* **Daily breakdown** — messages sent per day, per team member
* **Labels** — chats per label today, and label activity per week
* **Snippets** — snippet usage across the team
